1. Professional Estimates & Project Lifecycle

Irontree Construction specializes in high-capacity commercial and industrial plumbing, new construction, and trenchless rehabilitation.

  • Accuracy in Estimating: We are committed to accurate project quotes. All estimates provided via (480) 969-9966 or https://irontreeaz.com/ are preliminary. Final binding contracts are issued only after a comprehensive review of architectural plans or a site-specific diagnostic (such as an Envirosight or Proteus camera inspection).
  • Industrial Standards: All work is performed to the highest standards of commercial excellence, adhering to the Arizona Plumbing Code and OSHA safety regulations.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent

By contacting us or initiating a project inquiry, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Irontree Construction for:

  • Project Management: Real-time updates on construction milestones, technician dispatch, and site safety alerts.
  • Technical Documentation: Digital delivery of sewer inspection footage, Picote descaling reports, and CIPP progress updates.
  • Coordination: Scheduling with general contractors, municipal inspectors, and utility providers.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.

3. Licensing & Legacy

Irontree Construction maintains active ROC 074386 (C-37) and ROC 074385 (B-1) licenses. With a 200-plus year collective experience base, our team prioritizes "People First" values and a safety-minded workforce. We stand behind our reputation for delivering projects on time and on budget.

4. Punctuality & Regional Service Factors

We serve the entire Phoenix Metropolitan area, including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and Scottsdale. While we strive for absolute reliability, Irontree is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Heavy Valley traffic (Loop 101, US-60, or I-10 congestion).
  • Extreme Arizona climate events impacting outdoor piping or CIPP curing processes.
  • Delays in municipal utility marking (Arizona 811) or city permitting.

5. Technology & Trenchless Disclaimer

We utilize cutting-edge technology from Picote, HammerHead, and American Pipe Lining Supply. While CIPP lining and trenchless repairs are highly efficient, successful rehabilitation depends on the host pipe's structural integrity. We reserve the right to recommend traditional excavation if a pipe is deemed ineligible for "dig-free" restoration during the diagnostic phase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Arizona law, Irontree Construction’s liability is limited to the contract value of the service rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing environmental hazards or structural infrastructure failures not included in the contracted scope of work.
